Frankly Sinatra
Starring Stephen Triffitt – the world’s No1 Frank Sinatra
Celebrating the centenary of the greatest singer of the 20th century – it’s the swing, the swagger and the velvet vocals of Sinatra in concert.
This unmissable production features Stephen Triffitt the world’s No 1 Frank Sinatra who:
- Starred as Frank for three seasons at Las Vegas’ legendary Sands Casino.
- Created the role of Ol’ Blue Eyes in the original West End production of The Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas that toured the USA, Canada and Europe.
- Sold out the London Palladium (twice) and Royal Festival Hall with his own solo spectacular.
Stephen’s resemblance is ”unsettlingly perfect” (The London Evening Standard). From sculpted hair and twinkling blue eyes, all the way down to his shiny black patent leather shoes, Stephen Triffitt truly is Sinatra.
And he not only walks the walk, he talks the talk, a masterful performance sees those delicious vocals delivered with consummate ease – “excels at Sinatra's superb sense of natural, almost conversational phrasing” (Orange County Register).
Fly Me to the Moon; Mack the Knife; New York, New York; My Way; That’s Life; Under My Skin; Lady is a Tramp; My Kind of Town; All the Way and Luck Be a Lady delight spellbound audiences, all performed impeccably and with all of Frank’s laid back charm.
Backed by the fantastic sound of big band swing, Triffitt is the Chairman of the Board, frankly the best thing since Sinatra himself.
“Nails the phrasing, timing and tone with utter confidence” Variety
“He really does sound exactly like Frank Sinatra” The Guardian
"Unsettlingly perfect" London Evening Standard
“He just keeps getting better as the evening goes on” The Hollywood Reporter
“Swings the Francis Albert songbook to perfection” The Stage

Reviews
"Triffitt is terrific as Sinatra"
Atlantic City Press
"Triffitt excels at Sinatra's superb sense of natural, almost conversational phrasing in songs such as 'Luck Be a Lady,' 'Angel Eyes' and 'The Lady is a Tramp.' Sinatra's genius was about setting a mood and delivering lyrics as if he'd lived every word, and Triffitt duplicates those qualities admirably"
OC Register
"Stephen Triffitt’s vocal attack, body language and slightly malicious sense of cool make him indisputably the chairman of at least this board"
Oregon live.com
"In a commanding performance, Stephen Triffitt makes 'That’s Life,''New York, New York,' and 'My Way' entirely his own and sings a number of other Sinatra standards with the same impeccable phrasing, relaxed manner, and panache that earned Frank the nicknames of The Sultan of Swoon and The Voice"
Classical Voice of North Carolina
"Sinatra, as channelled by Stephen Triffitt, has rarely sounded better"
The Hollywood Reporter
“ He is the best , I don’t like a lot of them but yeah he is the best and in many ways the greatest as he captures the heart of the man “
"Triffitt is every inch the man they called The Leader"
"It is uncanny how an Englishman can capture the complete essence of such a unique performer"
"The mannerisms and accent is one thing, maybe that can be down to good acting. But to replicate so truthfully one of the greatest voices ever is astounding"
Hearing Triffitt master Sinatra’s delivery of torch-songs Angel Eyes and Fly Me To The Moon was worth the ticket price alone. Accompanied by a gutsy 15-piece orchestra, Triffitt’s voice and the arena’s acoustics did more than justice to the spirit of Ol’ Blue Eyes.
Liverpool Echo
"Stephen Triffitt, whose voice and singing style are nearly identical to Sinatra's, played the singer stiff, bullying and egotistical; just like Ol' Blue Eyes himself. His renditions
of 'My Way,' 'Angel Eyes' and 'New York, New York' were the definitely the highlights of the show"
L.A. Splash
"Stephen Triffitt's Sinatra provokes the occasional internal double take, providing reassurance that this is only a latter-day impersonator rather than the real thing. At first, he's almost too successful in duplicating Sinatra's every rhythmic and phonetic inflection. Eventually, he makes us forget the mechanics and just listen to the music – especially the torch song 'Angel Eyes.' He's also got the physical manner, at once regal and offhand, down pat"
Dallas News
"Amazing is the word for Stephen Triffitt's Frank Sinatra performance. Having seen Sinatra himself in Las Vegas and being a huge fan, I was skeptical about just how close an impersonator could get to the Chairman of the Board, but Triffitt nailed him"
Jewish World Review
"Stephen Triffitt embodies Sinatra's assurance of craft and style, and his resemblance is uncanny. Having made a career playing Sinatra, Triffitt nails the phrasing, timing and tone with utter confidence"
Variety
"He really does sound exactly like Frank Sinatra"
The Guardian UK
"Stephen Triffitt is Sinatra to the teeth!"
Pegasus News Dallas
"I've Got You Under My Skin, Angel Eyes and Mack the Knife were especially thrilling. Triffitt captured the smoothness of Sinatra's delivery"
St. Petersburg Times, Tampa
"Steven Triffitt so nails the difficult Sinatra impersonation, It’s really quite scary,”
The Reader Omaha
"Frank Sinatra (played by Stephen Triffitt) actually seemed like the guy spookily reanimated—voice and looks"
How was the show, Miniapolis
"Stephen Triffitt is quite wonderful voicing Frank, from his sculpted dark hair and blue eyes, right down to his shiny black patent leather shoes"
Good morning Dallas
"Stephen Triffitt's tribute show to Frank Sinatra, is unsettlingly perfect"
London Evening Standard
"Stephen Triffit is as close to sinatra as can be"
Amazon.com
"Stephen Triffitt's spot-on Frank Sinatra. He captures the look, mannerisms and those unconnected-but-mesmerizing vocals"
Theatre Jones, North Texas
"Stephen Triffit is an amazing Sinatra impersonator. He has the timbre, the musical phrasing and even the look of forty something Francis Albert down to a T"
Ian Shuttleworth
"Triffitt carries off the voice of Old Blue Eyes with effortless ease, as well as his laidback charm and mannerisms"
Indie London
"As Sinatra, Stephen Triffitt looks and uncannily sounds the part"
Times online
"Stephen Triffitt, playing Frank Sinatra, was terrific!"
Liverpool Echo
"Stephen Triffitt swings the Francis Albert songbook to perfection"
The Stage
"When you set out to imitate the incomparable the logic is that you are planning to fail. But while most Sinatra impersonators can make you cringe, Stephen Triffitt, pictured, is not one of them. Here is a performer in a league of his own, head and shoulders above the rest of the would-be rat pack. At times, it is quite uncanny how Triffitt mimics Ol’ Blue Eyes. Even when trying to be himself, the mannerisms of the main man still come through, and Triffitt himself jokes about how difficult it is for him to stop being Frank"
York Press Online
"As Sinatra, Triffitt's strength is in his faithful re-creation of Old Blue Eyes' mannerisms, voice and phrasing. Close your eyes, and you'd swear you're listening to the original"
Alice T. Carter, Pittsburgh Tribune-Review
"In the end, it's Sinatra's show to make or break, and Triffitt doesn't disappoint. He just keeps getting better as the evening goes on"
Jay Reiner, The Hollywood Reporter
